3) Delivery and Shipping:
We offer delivery services for European countries, including non-EU countries, via GLS service and Croatian Post.
Deliveries within Croatia are free of charge. All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) with VAT included.
The customer will receive the order confirmation notification by e-mail. It will list the products that are ready for delivery. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team will process your order within 1-10 business days. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination. You will see shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase. Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Product prices are subject to change until the moment of purchase confirmation. By confirming the purchase, users complete the purchase process via the webshop service. The price of delivery of purchased products is not included in the price of the product.
International Group – We are not liable for local customs and sales tax if you are outside the EU. Your local customs authority may notify you once your order reaches your country, and customs and sales tax may be applied and paid by you before you receive your goods. Any customs delay and charges that may occur are beyond our control.
4) Returns
The seller undertakes to deliver a product that is technically correct, properly packed, and corresponds to the type and description of the product listed on sunnyandtails.com.
Product colors may vary due to different resolutions and screens.
Please compare the delivered products, type, and quantity with the invoice and, if something is wrong, promptly inform us at our e-mail address: woof@sunnyandtails.com.
In the shortest possible time, our team will deliver the missing items at its own expense or grant the customer a refund, according to the customer's choice.
If the buyer wishes to exchange a correct and unused product that does not suit them, they may return it to the seller within 14 days after receiving the product.
For customers in Croatia, we offer free returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. Free returns apply to new, unused, and resalable items in their original packaging with all tags intact. Please contact us at woof@sunnyandtails.com for return instructions.
In accordance with Art. 72 of the Consumer Protection Act, you can cancel your order without charge and without reason within 14 days after receiving the product.
We will take the product back in its original packaging and resalable condition in accordance with the provisions of Articles 74–77 of the Law on Consumer Protection. We will accept returns for a full refund (minus original shipping) within 14 days of purchase for new, unused items.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding shipping charges incurred (except in Croatia, where returns are free).

For customers outside of Croatia, returns are at the cost and responsibility of the customer. Sunny&Tails cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit. Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with ALL TAGS INTACT.
