DELIVERY
When will I receive my order? Delivery times depend on your location. Within Croatia, GLS and Croatian Post deliver in 1-3 business days. For other countries, both carriers typically deliver in 4-7 business days. These times are estimates and may vary due to customs or local post services.
What are the delivery charges? The delivery charges depend on the destination and the carrier chosen. You will see the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase. We strive to offer transparent and competitive delivery rates to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers.
Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we offer international shipping with GLS carrier and Croatian Post to all countries except the UK, where we only ship via Croatian Post. For worldwide delivery, we use only Croatian Post.
RETURNS
What is your return policy? We comply with EU regulations, offering consumer rights. You can return items within 14 days of receiving them without needing to provide reason. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, with the label on.
Free returns apply only within Croatia. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. How do I initiate a return? To start a return, reach us out at woof@sunnyandtails.com. Our customer support team will respond with all the details and instructions you need to complete the return process.
ORDERS
What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete? If your order is damaged or incomplete upon arrival, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to resolve the issue quickly. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, exchange or refund for any damaged or missing items. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your patience and cooperation.
PAYMENTS
Payments are processed via CorvusPay using credit or debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro, as well as PBZ Card Premium Visa.
Installment payments are available with the PBZ Card Premium Visa card, up to 3 installments for purchases over €67. We also accept payments via Pay-Pal.
