In the shortest possible time our team will deliver, at its own expense the missing items or will grant the customer a refund, according to the customer's choice.
If the buyer wants to exchange the correct and unused product that does not suit him, can return it to the seller within 14 days after receiving the product.
In accordance with Art. 72 of the Consumer Protection Act, You can cancel your order without charge and without reason within 14 days after receiving the product.
We will take the product back in the origins packing and resalable condition in accordance with the provision of Articles 74-77 of the Law on Consumer Protection. We will accept returns for a full refund (minus original shipping) within 14 days of purchase for new unused items.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding the shipping charges incurred.
